The book made my approach to Ketogenic Diet very easy.It consists of 4 parts: The First Step for Beginners, Keto Food list, 21-Day Meal Plan for men and women and Cookbook with TOP Low-Carb Recipes.Before reading this book I had basic information about the diet, but the first chapter uncovered more and gave me full understanding of Ketogenic Diet principles. Now I know how my body burns its own fats for energy while getting less carbs with food consumption.Second Part tells us about the importance of shopping list and gives information about best products to buy for Ketogenic Diet (protein and healthy carb foods, etc.).Third Part is about 21-Day Meal Plan that I already started. It was not easy to convince myself to start doing, because changes are never easy for me , but I’m happy to declare that I’m feeling much better now!Cookbook with TOP Low-Carb Recipes has yummy pictures (full color), which motivate me to tryout new recipes!Thanks to the Alexa Brown for an excellent job!
